- Remote support sessions: if you request remote support, our support tool (N-able Take Control) may access information on your device necessary to diagnose and resolve the issue you've asked us to help with. This only happens during an active, technician-led session that you have initiated.
We do not use cookies or analytics tracking on this website.
How we use your data
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your enquiries and requests for support
- Provide the IT, security, connectivity, or telecoms services you've asked us for
- Keep records relating to any work carried out for you
We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

We keep enquiry and support records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and meet any legal or accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
